After graduation 1995 study of law, economic- and political science at the universities Bayreuth, Johann Wolfgang Goethe- University Frankfurt, Westfalian Wilhelms-University, Münster, with the degree economics lawyer. (University Bayreuth).

In 2003 completion of studies with attainment Ph.D. at the Westfalian Wilhelms- University
Political Science, Public Law and Economical Science with the result: summa com laude.
The title of the dissertation paper:”Die T-Aktie als Marke – Staatliche und Private Einflußnahme zur Kurspflege” (“The Telecom Share as Trade-Mark – Governmental and Private Influance in Share Price Building”).

Manager of the “AM Capital-Participation GmbH” with the license to act on public auctions
according to § 34 Part.2 GewO for the field of Business Liquidation, Restoration and Consulting.

Since 2002 Manager of the “Prüfinstitut GmbH”, with its main activity being analysis and evaluation of Investments in the field of Capital-,Share-,and Real Estate transactions and there with active participation in Refinancing, Restoration of business activities and negotiations on claims acquittals.

These activities at this time  however, are in suspense due to an active position in governmental service.

Since 2004 teaching position on economic science – with special view on International Management at the University Münster.

In 2001 3rd best Candidate for the City council of the City of Bad Nauheim (station of Elvis Presley in germany).

Further to the publication of the dissertation paper –“Die T-Aktie als Marke-Staatliche und Private Einflußnahme zur Kurspflege” (“The Telecom Share as Trade-Mark – Governmental and Private Influance in Share Price Building”), which is well into its Second Edition today at the Gable Publishing Company, the further publication is “Insolvenzprophylaxe für Deutschland – Wege zu einer Sanierung von Staat und Wirtschaft” (“Prophylaxis against Insolvency for Germany - Ways and Means to restore State and Economy”). Furthermore approximately 150 contributions on political and economic themes have been published.

At this very moment a book appearing at Shaker Publishing is: “Standpunkte in der Stadtpolitik (“View on City Politics”) and it carries the contribution:”Politische Kommunikation zwischen Transparenzanspruch und Theatralisierung” (“Political communication between the Quest for Transparency and Theatricals”).

The remaining time is devoted to activities in Sports such as Tennis, Marathon and Golf.
