| This includes defenses against unfriendly takeovers from abroad with particular view on the German key industry and the financial institutions. During lectures, and based upon already consummated takeovers, i.e. MTU, Celanese, HDW etc. mechanisms and instruments in the fight against the sale of German key industry are being demonstrated.
A review of planned takeovers e.g. Deutsche Bank, Dresdner Bank, Commerzbank etc by investors e.g. Citibank Group, The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, Bank of America etc. raises the question of how much foreign interference can an economy and a democracy cope with.
International Risk Management The Economic Warfare between USA / Asia and Europe / Germany. Functions and control mechanisms of the IWF and the Federal Reserve Bank of America have been analyzed. Scenarios for promotion of cooperation of World economy blocs with each other are shown against the classic strategy of confrontation. Lastly the defense mechanisms for a free world trade against this new form of protectionism are being designed.
